• Fundamentally sound operating businesses with a predictable cash flow stream and a history of profitability in stable or growing markets.
• Large, fragmented, consolidating industries with strategic acquirers.
• Challenging or under performing situations where there is a need for a moderate degree of restructuring, investment or strategic redirection.
• A division or subsidiary whose business focus is not core to the parent company.
